Alexandra (Alex) Jolly
Alex is an experienced Clinical Psychologist and Director of RALLY Consulting. She combines her psychological experience with a background in management and commerce. The combination of her background and experience is valued by clients using RALLY Consulting both in Adelaide and at the Port Augusta office.
Alex brings a practical and responsive approach to clients and has built a strong and credible reputation within the private and public sector. This also means that Alex has a keen sense and understanding of what the issues are and what problems need to be solved first. She has an ability to communicate clearly and can translate those issues in terms that clients and business can understand. Alex possesses strong research and project management skills and works with a strategic and practical approach in order to minimise risk for a range of clients including government, resource and mining.
Her clinical psychological skills have been utilised in a diverse range of settings including individuals, families and in executive teams. With an extensive background in counselling Alex has a particular strength in critical incident management. Her high level of clinical ability has been recognised to the extent that she is associated with the psychology faculty of Flinders University supervising psychology interns completing their clinical training.
Alex has experience academically and has undertaken extensive clinical work in trauma and the impact of sleep disturbances. She has extensive training in cognitive behavioural therapy and rehabilitation, maximising clinical impacts and outcomes and providing treatment.
Combining her own management experience and counselling background, Alex is involved in training and developing managers in one of the training programs offered by RALLY Consulting.
Alex has a strong belief instructed by her experience in working with people in diverse settings. Through her vocation of psychology and management, issues and life challenges are best confronted and faced “head on” and active solutions pursued.
